The E-Field Striplines (Series 255X) are transmission line system that generates a Transverse Electromagnetic wave (TEM) at low frequencies. They cover frequency range of 10 kHz to 30 MHz and generate a large area uniform vertical electrical field over the conductive ground of the chamber, with adjustable height feature to support different DUT sizes.
